It was beautiful autumn weather for the Maldon Anzac Day Parade and Service for 2019.

The colours of Autumn are sprinkled through the streets of Maldon as we reach Anzac Day.
It’s a time to remember the fallen and those who have fought to protect us for more than a century.
On Anzac Eve there will be a 5.30pm service at Anzac Hill, Maldon. This service coincides with the going down of the sun.
On Anzac day there will be a dawn service held at the cenotaph within the Maldon Shire Gardens on High Street Maldon. Assembly for the service shall commence from 5.45am for a 6am service.
Following the dawn service the Anzac Day March will assemble at the Maldon Primary School from 10.30am. The men and women assembled shall commence marching down High Street at 10.45am, reaching the Maldon Cenotaph for the 11am morning service.
Consider taking a visit to Anzac Hill this Anzac day and remember the fallen who fought for our way of life.
Most businesses will be closed until 1pm on Anzac day, some businesses have chosen not to open. However there is still plenty to see around Maldon on Anzac Day.
Whether you are taking a day trip, or at the beginning or end of a bigger adventure, be sure to put Maldon on your list of places to visit.
An Anzac day eve service will be held at Anzac Hill with members of the Maldon RSL.
The service begins at 5.30pm and coincides with the going down of the sun.
This is a moving service and all are welcome to attend to pay their respects to those who fell in our service.
